A dreadful evening to head out for the Ladies’ meeting – but an important one for the big year, Gwalia’s 60th celebrations!

Business started as usual with much feedback on Xmas events.  Decisions were made to tweak future arrangements to try and simplify demands on the Ladies-preparations/refreshments/duties/clean-up etc.

Funds were discussed and the possibility of contributing to the new Gwalia Choristers’ uniform.  A kind gesture of purchasing a white shirt for each member was unanimous, and announced to Chairman Rob and members in the practice interval by Chairperson Wendy.  It was much appreciated!

Activities, concerts and the October Ireland trip were also considered with Rob and preliminary dates, venues etc. noted.

A very productive meeting. Good to catch up-and plan the year ahead.
