For our AGM rehearsal we start rehearsing at 7:00pm and finish at 8:00pm. At 8:00 pm we start the choir’s Annual General Meeting.
There is a large hall for us to rehearse in as well as other rooms for parts practice.
We sing some of our songs in Welsh (as well as a few in other languages), but most are in English. The first half of our rehearsal is usually spent learning new items; we call this ‘note bashing’. After a fifteen minute break we tend to rehearse several pieces from our repertoire in preparation for a forthcoming performance.
